I’m not sure what happened to some of the customers who gave Testa a bad review, but I had a great experience with them. Jim Testa came out and gave me an honest and straightforward verbal estimate. He then sent me a written estimate detailing exactly what we talked about and the same prices. We then decided to scale down our project, and Jim still honored his itemized pricing despite the project scope change. My driveway is not very long (maybe about 3 car lengths), but it hadn’t been taken care of by previous owners in the past and had numerous potholes, cracks, and large chunks were missing in the area where the driveway met the street. Testa came out and did the work in one morning – took all of maybe 3 hours, and they did a beautiful job. I found the owner to be honest and efficient, and thorough. Sure, maybe competitors could have beat his price, but I don’t think they would have done as good of a job, and I don’t think I would have gotten the same level of service from someone else. I would definitely recommend them to others!
